FARM HISTORY:
Kamunyaka Wetmill is the largest of the3 member wetmills of Iriaini Farmers Co- operative Soc iety Ltd. The Iriaini Farmers’ Cooperative Society (FCS) is a Kenyan coffee cooperative located in the Nyeri County, known for its high-altitude coffee production. Because of the higher altitude and cooler climate, the coffee takes longer to mature acquiring a resilient flavor and a distinct cup. The Grower has adopted syntropic farming to continue to offer specialty coffee with a difference.
